    A native of Monaghan, Adrianna started her professional career at Gunne Auctioneers. Her career advanced with Sherry Fitzgerald and then Jackson Stops & McCabe in Dublin giving her a wide range of experience in Residential property with blue chip clients. Still in Dublin, Adrianna then formed her own business specialising in pubs and hotels.

    In 1990 she moved to Cyprus where she marketed villas and apartments with the Lordos Property Group.

    In 1992 Adrianna moved to the USA where she continued her property experience, gaining her Californian Real Estate License, and working on premium properties in the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Los Angeles.

    Adrianna then moved back to Cork in 2000 and decided to put her 20 years of experience to work in Property Consultancy, and in September 2005 opened her flagship office on Midleton’s Main Street. Anne O Connell joined Adrianna as Office Manager.
    The team has since further expanded with the addition of Kyle Kennedy who is an experienced sales negotiator and is an Associate member of
    The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).

    Hegarty Properties are also members of
    The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (RICS).
